Hello Glamazons!

Today we will be reviewing the Ipsy Glam Bag October, 2016. Ipsy Glam Bag is a beauty subscription service which does not currently ship worldwide.

If you wanna know how to get it in India, leave a comment on my blog and I’ll tell you how I got mine. The Ipsy Glam Bag comes at a subscription fee of $10 (USD) per month.

That works out to roughly Rs. 671/- only per month. I also paid shipping so I did end up paying double.

For the price of $10/- only you get a total of 5 products in a very pretty bag. Ipsy decides on your products for the month, based on a questionnaire that you fill with your preferences.

They ask you things like, would you prefer an eye shadow or a mascara? A lip gloss or a lipstick ?

A hair care product or a skin care products. To keep things exclusive, once you sign up with them they keep you on a waiting list.

To get off the waiting list, you need to use at least 2 of your social media handles to tell the world that you are off the Ipsy Glam Bag waiting list. I think that’s a very smart social media strategy!

It ships out by the 10th of every month, you receive a tracking number with the shipment details, and can track it on every step of the way.Have a look at the gorgeous  bag.

The October,2016 theme was ‘Black Magic‘ , this month the Ipsy Glam Bag was designed by It girl artist Valfre. It had a witchy theme and all the illustrations on the bag were  in keeping with it.

The bag has a baby pink background with cute images of magic potion bottles, a oija board, a vampire mouth, an incense cone, a cute witch a top a broom, a spell book, a crystal ball, a lipstick, a ghost, a black cat face and a witch’s hat. The bag has a shiny black lining.

My favorite product in this bag is the tre’StiQue | Matte Lip Crayopn | In the shade ‘Belize Bordeaux’

Lets dive into each of the products now:

theBalm Cosmetics | Hot Mama Blush

This product is an all-in-one blush and highlighter. It  goes on silky smooth against the skin.

One thing I’ve always liked about theBalm Cosmetics is their super cute packaging. I am not big on blush, but I think the color will work on all skin tones.

Trust Fund Beauty | Gimme Good Face | Face Primer

This product is the perfect face primer! It smooths out imperfections and minimizes pores.

This face primer evens out the skin and fills in the imperfections to let your foundation go on smoothly.Get selfie ready with this primer!

treStiQue | Matte Lip Crayon | In the shade ‘Belize Bordeaux’

I have received a highlighter from tre’StiQue before. Every product of theirs seems to comes in a crayon format.

The deep wine color is nice but I tend to be a little more adventurous with my lip shades. This lipper is more like a comfort matte so its creamy and glides on smoothly.

MeMeMe | Blush Brush

This brush features tapered bristles and a matte black handle. Apart from applying blush, this brush can also be used to contour, sculpt and highlight.

The brush itself is nicely made. The bristles are quite even and well packed in a dome shape.

The last product in my Ipsy bag is :

Indi Beauty | Buttercream Antioxidant Lipscrub

This product is an all-natural four-in-one formula. It acts as a lipstick remover, a lip scrub, lip balm AND your anti-aging skincare!

This product also helps get rid of all the dead flaky, chapped skin. A God send for dry lips.

Definitely something that I am going to dig into quite a bit. This is also great to smoothen the lip surface before you apply your favourite lip shade.

And that’s my review. I hope you enjoyed reading this.

Thank you for your time and remember to be kind to yourself ‘coz there’s no one like you. Please like, share, comment and subscribe to this blog.

Much Love!

YLT
